Noted -- thanks!

Also, is there a way we could possibly get this thread as a "sticky?"

Silkroad standard rates are 7K front and 4K rear. I special ordered mine with 8K front and 5K rear, they are great

It may also be nice to mention which coilovers also include adjustable sway bar links and offer separate height adjustment from the spring adjustment. Silkroad and HKS both offer this as I'm sure a few of the others do.

I guess that would be more accurately refered to as bump adjustment.

General prices, maybe posted with an * asterisk would be a worthy addition?

I think you mean Super Compacts, they're not sold in the US, but according to TEIN.co.jp they come with the same springs as the Basics, but offer damping adjustment and EDFC compatibility.

I have the Megans. They don't have the pillowball. You have to buy them separately and modify the install on the car. I now have them setup at the hardest setting and think I might actually change the springs in the front to a stiffer spring rate. I may also look into the camber bolts to adjust the camber instead of the pillowballs.

My friend had the Tein Basics which were too soft if you wanted that tucked in look.

He changed them up to another set which is way more stiffer. At their softest setting they are the same stiffness as my Megans at the mid setting. Sorry I can't remember what they were. I'll try to find out.

softness has nothing to do with tuck

you can get the wheels tucked in depending on size and offset with the teins as well

the Megans and others will go lower but the Teins don't throw the geometry of the car off...

...and they are a very nice ride for street

how are your soft tissue injuries?

I'm not talking about street. Track usage the Teins are too soft.
For the front if you want to tuck in your front wheels, it doesn't matter the offset really. What it is, is the plastic liner that you have to remove which gets in the way of the suspension movement. When you are cornering hard the wheel comes up and rubs against the liner.

For me I have about a half inch gap from the tire to the wheel well.

I guess you already have a set of Tein Basics?

(I'm a nice guy. be nice.).

question. if you track your car and remove the wheel well liner and then drive it daily w/out the liner would a lot of debris get into the car? sorry if it sounds stupid but i rarely look at that area of the car

so far, will all agree the softest springs are the Tein's? so they would probibly be the best for a daily driver, who just want to ride low?
