I bought a 2014 Yaris Hatchback.

First time Yaris owner.

Seems it was in some sort of accident (see pics).

It's admittedly a risk, but runs well.

It immediately needs a new front bumper. Plus, there were a couple other plastic pieces (one that wrapped around the front right wheel, and another thing that was some sort of bracket on the front right side) that were hanging off the car that I cut with a pair of scissors.

I plan to replace the bumper myself.

My question for you: How do you recommend I go about researching and figuring out what to buy and how to fix it?

I would just take the bumper off look for a bolt take it out look for clips take them out just simple stuff look at one side look at the other check what's different and does it have to be there if yes find a replacement part either from a part store/dealer or junkyard/ebay. If no just forget about it.

i would assume its similar to the earlier gens, should just be a few push in plasict rivets across the top(expect some under the headlights) and more plastic clips for the iner fender splash shields

the ONLY bolts youll need to remove should be 2 for each headlight and 4 or 5 across the bottom of the bumper that bolts into the bottom of the radiator support, i also belive there are 2 screws on each side in the splash covers
