Got it !!!

The first 3 dealers I visited over the last week were game players and not serious about selling cars ....

The 4th dealer was only a semi-game player so we worked out a deal after me driving off the lot twice and being called back twice. Thankfully, today is the last day of the month, so they were more motivated.

I don't like how they drilled holes in the bumper for the front plate but it's done .... I put the screws back in and it looks OK.

I will immediately put on an exhaust tip and an arm rest.

In the next few weeks, I will put her up on stands, remove all 4 wheels and paint the brake calipers with at least 4 or 5 coatings. Best to do it when new since surface preparation and cleaning is the biggest challenge here.

Haven't decided on caliper color .... suggestions?

Exterior color was a hard choice -- I really like the white and the blue also. Ultimately, I like how the black SE wheels pop off the red best.

It looks great! I like the newer taillights. You will have it forever if you choose to do so. Congratulations!

Congratulations!

It's a fun little daily-driver/commute car.

I'm 6 months in, and I still smell the "new car smell" in mine.

I envy you the CD player I am not really identified with the TOYOTA Touch 2 software yet, where when using USB, I can't play my tracks from folders, I have to ID3 tag all the songs.

3 years today since I took delivery ... time flies!

Lots of fun on my road trips!

Shes been a great car and very reliable

The only problem was the front fender separation/ clip failure

Amazing to see the cactus growth in 3 years!

Amazing to see you still don't have license plates!

I would have been ticketed into bankruptcy after 3 days let alone 3 years in these parts.

You must be young.

In the 70s/ 80s I got pulled over no less than 40 times for wheelies/ reckless/ burnouts/ fireworks/ DUI and yes even speeding - only a few tickets

Now that I'm old ...

I could drive 80 down El Camino at 2:10 AM and the cops would ignore me.

It's COMPLETELY about age my friend!

Wow, you're not kidding about the cactus. Didn't notice that until you pointed it out. Had to go back up and look at the original picture.

Trying to resist the urge to make jokes about the cactus. Congrats on the anniversary!

Man, the interior of your car is so much cooler looking than my 08's.
