They are aimed exactly the same height. It's the way the headlights are made for LHD, passenger side always angles up toward road side signs.

The picture makes the passenger hotspot look like it sits higher than the driverside.

I am well aware of LHD and RHD cutoffs. The LHD cut off looks like

____/ ____/

What I was saying is in the picture, the "horizontal line" looks like it's higher than the drivers side, like:

..........._____/
_____/

but like I said, it could just be the way the car was parked in relation to the house.

But I just realized the door is actually not on the same plane as the garage, so that's why the passenger side appears to be higher than the driver side.

On the back of each headlight, iirc, there are metal adjustment knobs (it's hard to miss). I believe it's an 8mm to adjust.

Imo if you don't want to deal with properly sealing them or the potential headache then don't do the mod, or pay for someone else to do it. Or like you did, manually point them down so they don't blind others - however this ends up leading to poor light patterns like you stated which brings me back to my previous point of do it properly or not at all

Do you have a thread where you took apart the Yaris headlight and installed the lenses? I don't want to blind anyone, but I want those LED's! I'm no stranger to DIY so hopefully I can just copy whatever you did. I have a 2009 sedan. I hope you don't lose any brightness and/or visibility by using a lens. But I have to have some kind of cuttoff for the beam where I am, because as far as I know its against the law to have lights that blind people and you will get pulled over for it.

I would have went with them, but they're built in HID bulbs, and are 6000k (wouldn't want anything more than 5000k unless they're Osram CBI). I wouldn't use anything less than Morimoto bulbs for HIDs, but that's just me.
Newbie here! Was wondering if anyone has tried these rover projector bulbs? Wanted to do a PnP without retrofitting projectors.

Awesome! Let me know how they work out. I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on the Amazon Car Rover ones. If anything they have a good return policy at Amazon

From what I understand they only come with 6000k. Amazon sells a kit with the bulbs, ballasts ,and harness relay. The ballasts are 55w, but I was thinking of getting 35w. hmmmmmmm.
