HELP: New passenger side rear light rubber seal needed

My girlfriend's 06 yaris has had a leak for the last month or so. We have found that water is coming in through the passenger side rear light as a rubber seal is broken, (see picure).

Does anybody know where i could buy a replacement from as i have looked and looked and cannot find one.

Some thin adhesive backed weather stripping from a home centre/hardware store should do the trick. Use short piece(s) to bridge the cap in the rubber seal.

There are some excellent adhesives on the market which will glue rubber, plastic, just about anything, providing you follow the instructions to the letter. It is possible, I am told, to glue driveshaft gaiters together these days although I have never tried it myself!

The gasket is a standard Toyota part, so you should be able to get one from your local Toyota dealer. There are many different part numbers for them based on year and market. If you can read the Toyota part number off of the back of your tail light, I can tell you what gasket part number goes with it.
