Fujita

Hey guys just finished installing the Fujita, it works AWSOME!
kind of a PITA to put in, took 1hour 30min very sweet sound, nice and loud under load, but still soft as stock when your cruisin under 3000rpm
the filter location is just behind / underneath the headlight and above the foglight, its perfect for keeping dry, but also gets the coldest air.

My mirror has the outside temp, and my dashhawk views IAC at the same as outside, compared to +8-10c at stock -very impressive
only problem i found was the VSS (vacuum switching soleniod) is not very secure with the zap strap provided so it RATTLES at idle, an easy fix though to strap in a better place or put some rubber around it.
works with both auto/man trannys, ill have some pics in my garage soon, maybe a video once i get around to it.

A little off topic, but this is why a CAI is a bad idea around here, had a nice little bit of rain this morning...

An intake on a snorkel tube might be a better idea for you.

TRD, includes a bypass valve to prevent water entering your engine. Fit perfectly on my 1.5L engine, no extra mods required. Bypass valve cost over $50.00 if purchased seperately. www.toyotapartsdelivered has the best price within the US. I purchased mine to include shipping for $283.00.

TRD for me, it has the bypass valve which I thinks hurts performance. Would like to take it out. Otherwise I like it and goes with all my TRD parts.

Remove it, and just put a coupler in its place to connect the piping back together.
