Should be fine. Might rub just a touch up front on the driver's side fender liner, but most of us do. :P

Would 195/45’s be a stretch on the 7? What about 205/45’s? Here is a 205/50 on a 16x7.5.

Thanks guys, should be a small amount of stretch. however saying that i do like the look of that set up with a 205 45 on a 7.5
much rubbing on a lowered car with this set up?

Just to clarify, that tire size in the picture is 205/50. I haven’t lowered my car yet so I’m not sure about the rubbing. I thought since you were going to lower, a 45 series might work better. For a 7 inch rim, 205 width should have a vertical sidewall. This is a pretty cool tire/rim calculator. http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp

I run a 205/50r16 16x7 et40 rota svn's on the 2008 stock ride height no rub or scrub ... I am waiting on a set of 205/45r16 16x7 et45 (plan to adj offset with spacers once lowered) for the 2015 se.
