After market Sat Nav fitting.
Hi everyone,
Recently have purchased a 2017 Yaris for my mum and she needs sat nav fitted onto it. The cost for the toyota garage to do this is kind of mental. I have sourced a new module for sale. Module version: BE7718 / 86840-0W012 Can anyone tell me how easy it is to fit the unit and how is gets its upgrades to keep it up to date. I realise I still need to source the GPS antenna if I go down this path. many thanks in advance. Smoyf. :) |

From what I have read Toyota's sat nav is pretty bad, with little or no updates. Unless she is a technophobe you would probably be better off with a good phone mount and using Google maps.
BTW welcome to the forum. |
