Does this say that the original oil (on this car) should be changed at 1,100 miles? seems low

That's just the lab's opinion based on the results from the used oil analysis. Toyota's opinion is that it's safe to do the first OCI at the recommended OCI as found in the owner's manual according to the specific driving habits/situations/conditions etc.
