Problem with b-pillar interior cover

My b-pillar plastic covers just won't stay in, when i put them back in the start to pop out after 1 drive. Has anyone else experienced this problem ?
I'm not sure but in 2009 Toyota recalled the Yaris. They needed to remove the sound isolation in the b-pillar because it could catch fire. Maybe the Toyota dealer broke something off while doing this ? The Problem is on both sides.

when I bought my car I had this issue on the passenger side. I pulled it out and found one of the mounts for one of the clips broken.
I had purchased from CarMax, so I had a 2 week warranty. I made them replace the entire panel, plus replace the serpentine belt and also a drive shaft. too bad my ABS/Brake lights didn't come on until a month later, or i'd have made them replace the rear hub too.. :)

I had the exact same problem with my 07 Yaris. The b pillar bottom trim would pop out at the top and even if you pushed it back in, it would end up working itself free eventually. I took the whole piece off the car and found the problem was that there are two L shaped plastic tabs that are supposed to hook under the door seal on both sides of the b pillar. You need to peal back the door seal so you can re-seat the L shaped tabs under the seal and then just push the seal back on. You might be able to just peal the seal back in the two spots you need to but I ended up taking the front and rear door scuff plates pieces off and pealing back the seal from the bottom.

Take a look at the second page you can see the back side of the center pillar lower garnish (as Toyota has called it) has two protruding tabs that need to go under the front and rear door seals.
