Awesome New Product - HiLED Interior Dome Lighting!!

Here is another great product from the guy's over at HiLEDS (www.hileds.com).

You will see the difference between stock dingy yellow and the HiLEDS is night and day!

Quick and easy install, just take a small screw driver to remove the plastic dome light lens. Remove the stock bulb, and install the new HiLEDS part. The back of the 6 LED housing has double sided tape that gets removed, then just stick it in the location like my pictures.

Tripod used, no flash.

Enjoy.

Holy crap, that looks good. Nothing for the map lights yet?

I had to modify my dome light a bit when I moved it for the sunroof. I'll have to check to see if that will fit. Your photos are a great help.

Thanks for the heads up.

Ill have to ask him about the map lights... this was a tester for me, so not even sure when or if these are in production yet.

You should be able to order direct from their web site.

They are listed under products.

It would be cool if they become a sponsor and have like a bundle sale with all the available HID's they offer for the Yaris

A group buy on Eagleye HIDs is already in the works.. Ill see about a "package deal."

The HiLEDS parking lights along with the Eagleye HID kit, is an awesome match.. you need to do the LED parking light if you get HIDs.

No idea.. never thought to measure it. If your looking to do something custom with the LEDs, take a peek around their web site, there are quite a few products that can be made to work for lots of different applications.

Sweet lights, both the 194 wedge and the map dome light. Expensive however. I have used http://www.superbrightleds.com/ several times and been very impressed with their products.

Look at this, same high power194 wedge type bulb at 5500K color. $4.95 each for the WLED-WHP Pure White High Power.

http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...3.3936&next=50

Also festoon type map light bulbs starting under two bucks each.
