Spirit Lowering Springs from www.revspot.com. They lower about 1.7". Those pictures were taken a few days after dropping. My car is a bit lower now. It handles like a dream.

So it's just springs, no new dampers?

Can you throw a new pic up now that the suspension has fully settled?

My yaris

Well, this is my Yaris, '06 Black mica Lb. Picked up last week. It;s stock for now but next week I'll star with some mods like Hid's dvd/nav 18's and looking for a suspension kit to lower it!

My 2006 Yaris RS-B with lowering springs installed. Other pics can be found in the Copper-Orange thread. Thinking about, 17" wheels and low profile tires, tinted glass, and the chin spoiler from Australia I saw on one of the other threads. I've had the car for 2 weeks ........ and I love it!

Yup ....... dealer installed. Cornering is better than stock, and the ride quality is still good.

I went to my dealership today to ask them how much it was to lower the car. They told me $514 including everything, but they also told me I had to get the wheel allignment as well which will bring everything to about $600. Just wanted to know if you had to get your wheels alligned or not? Just wanted to know if it is neccessary to do the allignment or the dealership is just trying to get more money out of me.

AFAIK, you have to get the car re-aligned anytime you to a height adjustment. That's one of the downsides to having an adjustable suspension - the need to re-align makes it a little less useful than it might seem at first blush.

No H, my dealer said nothing about wheel alignment to me. Same price $514, so I doubt if they included it for free. I saw the pics of Echo's car, and ordered the kit right away. BTW the car tracks straight as an arrow, and corners like a go-cart ........ and I mean that is a good thing.
