CD Panel removal - for Cigarette socket replacement

Firstly Hi All, I'm a new toyota owner - When I say new its my sons first car!
A 2004 Yaris VVTi 1.3 5 Door

So few little issues need fixing...

First is the cigarette socket has failed, replaced the fuse to no joy

so had a look but wondered if there was instruction guide to remove the lower CD player panel to access and remove the cigarette light socket for replacement?

As I'm sure he'll want to replace the stereo as its rather dated !

The panel we have looks like this.

Thanks for looking
Rgds
