Hmmm...sounds fun and affordable.

I take it, helmet needed?

125 secs, timer was broken. Garm must have knocked it over so I got a do-over.

56 secs + 1 cone knocked over for a 2 sec penalty.

Yup, but they can lend you helmets for your DL. You should join us for the next one!

Garm was scared that I'd beat his time!

Here we are:

Garm: 80.333+DNF, 71.621+1, 54.010
Noogie: 81.274, 72.915+1, 56.293 (doesn't show you knocking one down!)
Jesus: 64.653, 58.058+DNF, 59.505

Other three, should I post those times? Would it be wrong if I did?

A civic actually broke into the 40s with a 48 sec run!. The karts were in the low 40's!!!

Plus you would have lost major points if you had run over the nice lady handing out the time slips.

I'll throw in mine!
Aaron: 72.59, 65.003, 60.305! No penalties of any kind!
I think the all seasons had an advantage on the wet tarmac? lol
I'm in favor of posting our times at the top since we all.....well I guess not ALL of us have already posted our times lol. It was such a blast to improve on every run.

wouldn't SM be more favorable than a C (unlimited) class?

CST multiplies with 0.858

CSM multiplies with 0.876

SM multiplies with 0.867

Also, the raw times for the guys running SM are quite low. If I get better, my times could be competitive with the guys in CST.

I ran my CRX in SM at a prior event and had my butt handed to me!
here are some of their times for this course: Camaro SS - 45 sec, Integra - 46 sec, 240sx - also in te 40s.

Man, this is too much fun. Im awaiting the 2010 Rules so I can prepare my CRX for SST, or SSM, or something with an "S" LOL

street tires suck though. Garm, you're making too much power to be on street tires. get some 15X9's and 275 35 15 hoosier A6's and try not to flip the car! :D

^It's better we stick to street tires until Winter passes. There was still a chance of rain that morning. Luckily we didn't get anymore, but still weren't 100% sure if the pavement would dry out completely in time for our group.

+1
Not in such a rush to pick up a set of sticky tires myself. I was always told to first learn the cars characteristics on regular tires, and now I see why

I wish we could have brave Yaris owners do AutoCross up North here....

Looked like you all had a fun time, even in the wet gloomy weather :)
