Looking for 2010 YRX Hatch grille insert

I found the view of the good-looking grille insert (the body-coloured slightly horizontal bar crossing in the middle from the left edge to the right edge of the radiator grille) on the Australian YRX 5-door hatch. To my observation, it's most probably only available in Australia, not anywhere else. I am interested to get one for my 2010 white Yaris S-Limited (the automatic version below the TRD model in Indonesia). Does anyone have any information where I could purchase that grille kit, or preferably the insert only, whether from a shop or an on-line vendor?
