how do i remove steering wheel?

After searching, I didnt find anything? Is it as easy as removing the visible screws? What about airing? I wanna install an after market wheel and hub. Thanks.

Yes Scott is too

Yeah, when I did a search I saw it bring up your posts, but saw it was many many pages long. And impatience got the best of me. I will go back and look at all your sweet mods and find it. Thanks.

So ive decided to put my stock wheel back on and I know how to, however when I originally took it off I didn't tape the clock wheel well enough and it spun. What is the significance to this thing and how do i reset it?

It being centered is important, as otherwise when you go to full stop on one side you will snap the ribbon cable inside of it. To re-center it, turn it all the way in one direction until it stops and then turn it back 2 1/2 turns until the little triangles meet on the bottom of the face of it.

Correct - Either way you'll hit a stop. Once you do it is 2.5 turns back to center from either stop.

You're the man. After school, before work, ill try to remove the light. This jumper wire...excuse my stupidity, but would speaker wire work? Would that bridge it okay?

A paper clip or any piece of wire, of which the bare ends will fit into the holes, will work.

Some eBay detachable wheel. I have a thread called updated pics that you can see it in. I already miss the smallness of that wherl, but it wasn't luxurious feeling. Maybe ill get a sion wheel later on.

You are probably on the wring pins. You might want to try from the top of the connector (by removing the change cup). On top it is the White wire with the black stripe to the pink wire.
