LOL how about a serious answer?
Oil caps are really just for looks. Radiator caps do have a pressure regulating mechanism inside, and many aftermarket ones allow the cooling system to run at a higher pressure. This is supposed to enhance the cooling effect, but I strongly doubt it has any real-world effect on a car whose engine is not modified in any major way.
