Auto-Meter Silver Sport Comp Mini Tach
I couldn't take it anymore. Officially it took 8 months before I needed a tach. I was seriously about to snap.
I happen to live 15 minutes from the world's largest automotive aftermarket superstore, so I headed down there today to correct my problem and left with this. Auto-Meter Sport Comp Mini Tach atm-3707.jpg 143024545_468368027_0.jpeg 143024614_468368258_0.jpeg It is a small, 2 5/8" brushed aluminum tach with a nice mounting bracket. Best of all, it was extremely reasonably priced... 90 bucks, and still has that unmistakable AM quality. Its heavy and sturdy feeling. You can change the color of the lighting with a simple swap of the condom over the light. It comes as white, but I'll be going blue. It will be mounted on the dash right in my line of sight. This is the first of 5 gauges I plan on purchasing, and the only one that won't sit on the A pillar. I like this particular piece because it isn't 5" and doesn't have a shift light. If you have the tach I just described in a Yaris, please go kill yourself. I'll install sometime this week. If you guys want a DIY just say so. |
