Takes corners too fast!

bugs in the car that I can't smash...
OK, So under heavy acceleration my car gives off a weird smell, I am going to assume that it may be something to do with the header getting really hot from revving so high but I'm not completely sure. The smell reminds me of burning paint, so hopefully it isn't the paint on my firewall burning from the heat.
The second bug is that my stereo was going out when I signaled a lane changes. This occurs as I was driving down the Interstate today on my way back from Maryland the speeds where around 70mph. any ideas to these
