Starting problems after fuel filter replacement?? - Toyota Yaris Forums

Since I've had my fuel filter replaced on my auto yaris sedan (2009) I've had problems starting the car - I would have to crank it for about ten seconds before it would start, it would shudder then start and it was very sluggish. The check engine light was on too. I took it back to the mechanic, they said the O-Ring didn't fit properly, fixed it and sent me on my way. It all worked perfect until I filled up with fuel, and now I have the same problem again. Any ideas what it could be? I can't afford to take it back to the mechanic :(
