Camshaft timing valve (OCV) o-ring size
Hey guys,
The camshaft timing oil control valve (OCV) assembly is leaking oil on my 2010 sedan (~67k miles) and new OCV's seem to be in the $100 range. Is there any reason why I shouldn't replace just the o-ring, instead of buying the entire assembly? I'm hoping to buy just a ~$1 o-ring at the autoparts store. Additionally, does anyone know the specific size of this o-ring? Thank you. |

Just an o ring replacement should be fine. I don't know the size however
