Extended
Hi guys. I'm new here and have really been impressed with the site. I am looking to buy my girlfriend a new Yaris (5LB) and wanted to know where you guys are buying your extended warranty and how much you are paying.
My last 3 new cars were all Fords and I always bought the extended warranty out of state because it's always been 2-3 times more expensive buying it from at my local FL dealers. Thanks. |

its a great car.. i dont think I need it :)

It was in $1300's for 7 years/100,000 miles extended warranty.
I didn't get it since none of the Japanese built cars I owned needed repair. |

However, it always more than pays for itself if you buy the extended warranty at the time of purchase (cheaper the newer the car). I plan on keeping the car way past the 36K mile warranty so I would like the piece of mind. |
