yeah, that is a good site, most manufacturers you still get their warenties, and then some products have extra sonic electronic warentie.
but it is a good reputiable site, with good pricing :) |

I've never really understood the fascination with tv screens in the front dash of a car. It's so small you can hardly see anything. Plus I can't imagine they serve any purpose except distraction from the road. That is the last thing you need, especially in rush hour stop & go traffic. It should be illegal to have a tv screen anywhere in the front of the car. Leave them in the backseats for the kiddies.
And Violin, that is the kind of player I would love to have. DVD audio is amazing. Even just burning mp3s on a DVD is great. A week's worth of music on one disc :). |

Cares, in California it is illegal to have a screen to play video in the view of the driver. Also billboards are not allowed to play video. Slides only. I found out that it is also illegal to fiddle with your GPS while driving. I have a little "Garmin GPS V" on a friction mount on the dash. I try not to touch it while driving.

Just thought I would let you guys know that the JVC will not play dvd while the car is in drive only in park.. I was also thinking of putting it in my Yaris but I am going with this instead... once i save the money... and wait for the kit soo it will fit in the dash..only good thing about our head unit being so big you can do an indash gps.... (i get lost everywhere)
I am going to try to do this one... http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Pione...oductDetail.do or this one.... http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Eclip...oductDetail.do |

I am foaming at the mouth for one of these.
http://www.garmin.com/products/sp2820/ You can find them for as cheap as $750. I like the idea of a removable device. Cars where I live every so often, get broken into. I would just cry if I has a $1400 head unit yanked outta my car. It does XM Traffic, MP3 Player, XM Radio, Bluetooth Hands Free, FM Transmitter, oh and it even does GPS! LOL. - Kiteless |

Ok I think this is the one I am going to get 20gb hard drive.. no need for the ipod lol .....and even has an adapter you can buy to plug unit right into the aux jacket we have so the unit uses car speakers... only thing missing is blue tooth for cell phone but I can deal with that :), its just the right size to fit in the cubbie under the radio I think.... tell me what you think?
