Anyone have underbody pictures?

I ran over a tire in the middle of the road and it tore my plastic engine shields under the car, to hell. I don't know if it dented the transmission pan or not, so I really need a picture of the whole engine under body especially. The trans fluid pan seems made of really thick metal so I don't think it would have dented it but I'd like to see what the shape of a "non injured" pan looks like. The bump was so hard though that it knocked the battery holder bar that goes across the top of the battery and also holds the hood holder, off of it's placing. Please post up pics if you have them, thank you

Thanks for the link. It showed a little bit but not a real clear picture of the trans pan. There was a shot or two that got it in there a little bit but was hard to see. It does look though like maybe I dented my trans pan :( I wonder how much a new one would be? Nothing was leaking and no cels popped up on the dash so I'm guessing it's fine as it is but I'm one of those guys that unless it's fixed and taken care of, then I won't feel right lol.

I am just throwing it out there but, theoretically, if nothing is leaking and the engine is still performing well then you should be fine, right?

Another user took a picture after installing his brace...its a partial but worth a look---> GTSPEC under bracing installed/pics

So an update is I do believe the trans pan is dented but it's not leaking and the car is still shifting fine so I'm going to hold off on replacing it until spring. Other then for a visual piece of mind, I don't see the sense of replacing it right now. Along with that I took the car to get an alignment since the steering wheel was way off from the big tire run over last night. Well the car drove straight but the toe was WAY off. The strange thing is that both sides of the front tires were equal toe settings. So I'm guessing the tire only threw off the steering wheel but the toe being wayyyyy off is due to the collision place that redone my car when it was in an accident last fall.

The toe I believe is supposed to be like .08 or so, the toe on both sides was .30 :(
I was saddened because when I got the car back from the collision place (A chevy dealership lol...they did a really good job but bad alignment) the car didn't handle like it used to. I figured they did an alignment and it was the best that can be done. Was I wrong. After just taking my car home a bit ago from the tire place that redid the alignment, I was really surprised. The car feels exactly like it did from new off the lot.
I REALLY missed that good positive feel instead of some wierd indy race car vibe.

Thank you for the picture and all the other people who put up the thread links.

This picture though is it of a manual trans? I don't see the pan for the automatic trans fluid.

Here you go - I took some while I was changing the oil this past weekend...

The salt spray makes it a little difficult to see the details, but hopefully it helps...

It definately helps, ALOT. Thanks for the picture. Like my assumption was, my trans pan is totally caved in, upwards :( That black plastic shield under the car that is just in front of the pans...that things completely gone lol.

It's not leaking any fluid and the trans is still shifting fine, plus no cels so I'm just going to leave it alone until spring or I can spend the $80 for a new trans pan and gasket.

Thanks again for everyones help.
