Account Was Hacked

My email account on Yahoo was hacked today, and a malware virus was sent to all my contacts. DO NOT OPEN ANY STRANGE TITLED EMAILS FROM ANYONE YOU KNOW!

Here's what I found on google:

Somehow an email with the subject "Surprise for you." went out to everyone in my address book?
Yesterday morning an email with the subject "Surprise for you." went out to everyone on my address list. It came from IP 99.188.13.86. Did they compromise my account? Did this happen to anyone else? I've changed my password and erased everyone from my address book. I do NOT want this to happen again. The email had a link to an "orz3.exe" file on rapidshare. I'm not posting the link. Anyway, one of my friends opened the file and now her computer is acting crazy. Does anyone know how this file is infected and what is needed to clean her computer up?

If she can get on the internet, It is a malware problem, I suggest that she look at the forum. http://suggestions.yahoo.com/detail/?pro... this is a thread on clearing malware and the best programmes for the job. If she is stuck she can ask for more advice from the guys who are all regulars and very good. If it blocks her access then you can do it for her and get the necessary programmes.
