Help on YR Wheel Size

I have a 09 Yaris YR, and im looking to replace the OEMs with 17"s, hopefully.
However i've heard that it can only go 2 sizes up.
Since the YR model is fitted with 14"s, im wondering if they are able to fit.

Thanks in advance
