steering clicking.

I have clicking when I turn my steering wheel to the right, I can both hear it
and feel it through the steering wheel, this happens when turning sharply
like when parking and when your hardly moving, it not very loud or pronounced, I noticed since new, but didn't think much of it at the time.
my 2008 auto now has 34 k on it, I asked the dealer about it at last oil
change , and they said it was just the steering knuckles and it is nothing to
worry about.
I don't really trust dealer to much," the old go around"??? .
is steering click normal ? any one else have this.

When was the last time you had the car serviced and the tires rotated? I find mine does that when the dealer rotates the tires and they over tighten the lug bolts. I have to back them off a hair and the clicking stops.

Just a suggestion.
