I'm guessing you pop that center cap off and there will be a large nut holding it on.

I think you'd get further if you at least removed the dust-cap, and some of the mechanical sh!t inside it. Things that wheels are bolted to do not usually come off with just a few bangs from a hammer.....

<sigh>

Have you tried releasing the brakes (after making sure the car won't go anywhere), then taking a mallet or hammer and giving it a few good wacks?

The next resort after that would be to take the appropriate size bolt that fits into that hole on the right-middle of the first pic and forcing it off that way.

use a small screwdriver and a hammer, pound the screwdriver between the dust cap and the drum and pry it out there will be a cotter pin with a nut behind that. After removing the cotter pin and the nut the drum should come off.

Manufacturing code.

I must say, that drum looks to be in mint shape. Usually they're rusty a couple days after delivery.

Last I recall, you had to remove the axle nut (underneath the grease cap) to remove the drum, but I may be thinking of another car...
