Reno2012 Drives: 2012 Yaris Join Date: May 2020 Location: Reno Posts: 6	100k preventative maintenance [2012 Hatch] Getting ready to do the typical 100k on my 2012 hatch. Wondering if it would be worth it to do the water pump, thermostat, and hoses as preventative maintenance since I will have the cooling system open already. They show no signs of failure, but I live in the high desert and rubber things have a tendency to dry out. Worth it to spend the $110 on parts, or let it ride? I know earlier models had some failure prone cooling system components.
