Engine oil ?! I'm really confused
HI
i'm calling for help from EGYPT ! our toyota dealer here sucks and uses low-quality Mobil 1 fully synthetic motor oil 5w-40 ... Engine sound is too high! (10000 km so far)  I DON'T WANT TO USE THAT!! right now , i'm using toyota genuine motor oil (20w-50) mineral oil .. (much smoother engine now)  (catalog says 20w-50 or 15w-40 multigrade SL) HELP ME OUT GUYS ... i'm doing okay or should i switch to synthetic ? note : Driving in EGYPT is pretty bad! Heavy traffic + short distances + HOT Temp. (40C In summer & 8C in winter) .... THNX! |
