3000k bulbs in the headlights
Hi guys, I have a 2000 yaris sedan, and I was thinking of changing the stock bulbs for 3000k pure yellow bulbs that I found in Amazon, because I can barely see when there is heavy rain and fog, unfortunately the bumper of the 2000 is not fitted to installed fog lights (at least that is what I think)

Is there any improvement against the stock bulbs? Another question is if there is going to be a problem with the wattage of the bulbs, because they say they are 100/90W, and I not sure is the electric system will be able to handle this wattage. What is the recommended wattage for the headlights bulbs? I will really appreciate any responses regarding my questions!
