Help me please:rims and tire fitment.

I just got drag dr-31 16x7 with 40+ offset. My car is somewhat dropped. Is it possible for me to wear these without much rub . If so what would be my best choice in tires. I did not fully think it thru. I need some advice. Here is my car and rims
