Door pods : Sedan

Sorry if i'm retarded and someone has mentioned this in the past (Couldn't find with search)..
But does anyone know where i could grab some original paint for the interior of the Yaris?
It's the [Blue/Grey] color that covers the dashboard/steering wheel on the picture below
-- i have to repaint a couple of doors.

I think only the center console is 'painted', not the other parts? So, I'm not sure what you mean by "original paint". Trying to match the color, maybe?

Ah. I see what you mean.. Its just the plastic color.
Well suppose i had a couple doors w/ bodyfiller bondo work done to them for custom speaker work. How would i go about restoring color to the door? Vinyl Dye?

what's the extent of the damage? if it's just superficial you should be able to rub it off with another soft natural color plastic.

Try a bit of alchohol on a terry cloth and gently rub it in into the damaged area. That will remove minor scratches. Otherwise id just replace the panel if you can find a used one at a junk yard. May cost you only 50 bucks. Or you can even try ebay. It shouldnt be too hard since the yaris usually gets total if its in any accident more than 40mph

Yeah, there's no damage whatsoever to the door. Just custom work i want to complete. Sorry for the confusion.
Heres some pics though : 0 1 2 3 4

The red goop = wet sanding bondo putty to fill all imperfections.

I just talked to a friend and he recommended SEM paint... supposedly they have every stock color, so all i need to know if the 'official' name of the color by manufacturer and some painting skills. Does anyone know where i could figure out the name ? :O

Looks good. I don't believe you'll discover a colour code. Better find your own colour match.

If your going that far why not just paint it the color you want and make it really stand out.

SEM makes a perfect match for the interior silver trim pieces but I'm not sure about
the black. Look at their website and see if you can find something.

Thanks a lot guys.
I'm looking @ the SEM website right now and found the 'Color-Coat' line up of paints they offer which is used for restoring or refinishing stock pieces.
Here's the color chart. <--*It's a web-PDF*
I think the color is Medium Slate Gray at the very bottom..

That was sort of my original plan. If I knew how to paint correctly i would incorporate some sort of gloss black on the pod cutting off or blending back to the original color of the door. Sadly i'm too much of a wimp to even try at this point. Just want to get this portion of the project done so I can move onto my a-pillars and amp rack!

EDIT: Fml.. Wasn't looking hard enough... They also have the 'classic-coat' lineup.. *Also web-PDF*. Paint description also mentions restoration to original colors. Might just run down to WESCO auto body shop 3 miles from here and check out the paints first hand.
