These are 15x6.5 ,4x100 universal, ICW.
Pretty scuffed up. Rims have useless tires on them.
My guess is $25 each.
Am I being too cheap?

That is probably just about correct if they are cheapo beat up rims. I have purchased brand-new OEM take-off alloys (like the mini set I used to have) for as little as $50 each.
