AUX in cable from OEM jack to aftermarket radio

Is there a cable that goes from the back of this:

to the aux-in port on the AVN-2210p?

I bought a cable going from the back of the head unit to a male 3.5mm plug once, but the pinout must have been wrong and it worked for crap. I wanna try again, but this time I'd like to use the OEM jack if possible.

The cables sold online are wired wrong for the AVN-2210p. I've got a thread around here with the correct pinout...

Found it: http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46944

So the answer to my question above would be "diy"?

Apologies, I was on my 2nd martini when I read this thread. Yes, you would have to make your own cable to connect them. You can use a 19-pin cable (usually from an external CD changer) for the head side, but you'd have to find an OEM aux cable for the other. Trying to find the connector by itself is likely a fool's errand.

Ha! That end I have. You mean the plug that goes into white jack on the underside of the aux insert posted above?

Yes. Most Toyota connectors are custom made and not publicly available in quantities less than about 10k - 100k. Do you have the pinout for that one? It may be covered elsewhere in the DIY stickies. If not, the wiring diagrams are available on microimage's forums.
