2009 Yaris airbag light staying on
Hi guys. I have a issue with my 09 Yaris. I bought the car with airbags deployed through a light frontal crash. Ive replaced the airbag kit from a 07 Yaris. I bought a new Module suited to the 09 model. The front sensors are from the 07 model..ive since found out that the sensors from the 05-06 are different to 06-07 and 08-11 models but not sure if they are compatible or not??. The airbag light stays on and when I do the self diagnosis the numbers are 83 and 84?? ��.
I have not seen these numbers mentioned on this forum as i have searched. Can anyone shed some light as to the fix please? I dont want to replace the front sensors if this isnt the issue. Cheers in advance. Last edited by #30; 08-26-2015 at 12:47 AM. |
