Vitz2000 wont start easily after a one day without starting
when it starts it sound slow and finally normal

The idle air speed motor is probably clogged up. You'd need to take the throttle body off and clean it.

Could be a number of things. Start with the above. Add in cleaning the terminals on your battery. Take a meter to the battery and check to see if you are indeed getting the full 12v's out of it. Cells do go bad in batteries over time, especially if you've let the battery run dead a few times and had to jump start the car. Many many many different things to check here so start with the obvious things first and anything that sucks air.
