2012 Passat at Bonneville
in 2012 i went to Hertz to get a rental for one of my roadtrips and ended up with a VW Passat. Hate the styling but functionally was a very comfortable long distance driver
on the way back i stopped at the Bonneville Speedway and fortunately it was right after Speed Week so the track was in perfect smooth condition with nobody around they drag a giant building girder behind trucks to smooth the salt pan 'til its like new asphalt  funny how the little yaris is faster ... its governed at 115  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-Psej72Fqw
