DHL Hooks Me Up

I have been awaiting my Tanabe Strut Tower Bar from Invision and had plans to slap it on the day it arrives. There just happened to be a house full of folks this morning, but DHL snuck in, droped package and split without making notification of any sort. I wonder if this had anything to do with it?

It's too early for the West Coast folks to be working, but I am most certainly going to give them a call. I hope nothing is missing.

I had the same damn thing happen when they shipped my TRD exhaust!!! The f*cker dellivered it 2 days late, and even though there was supposed to be signature confirmation, the asswipe dropped it off on my front step and RAN away!!! My gf was in the living room and saw the whole thing. Luckily it was ok, and none of the contents fell out. My package looked as if someone grabbed with their hands, ripped both the edges off, then used the handle punchouts on the side of the box and ripped down, to DHL.

I was so pissed off when I took these pics I didn't even take time to properly focus the camera. I just sent DHL a nasty gram hoping that they will answer my e-mail.

blacksan you should file a damage claim.

Happens to me continuously with any shipping company....I work at home some days...have my front door wide open (with clear glass storm door closed)..UPS/DHL/FedEx all drop the damn packages at my garage door and run.

In fact I backed into one small one last week as I was leaving my garage.

Now when I see them coming I bolt out of the house running toward them with a glazed maniacal look in my eyes.

yeah, UPS runs, but at least the packages for me are intact and not damaged.

I sent e-mails and pics all over the place this morning. Invision has already contacted me and we are getting things in gear. What really makes me mad is that the DHL slug knew dam well that it should be returned and did not even try to contact someone during drop off.

Good to know that piss poor customer service is still alive and thriving in America from everyone covering the whole purchasing process from manufacturer to delivery.

Im sure the DHL sheep said 'they'll never notice' as he hauled ass back to his van.

Yah, I bet the sparks flying of the mount whilst he sprinted across my driveway where not a giveaway that this might not be right.

BTW, I received the message, thanks!
