Yaris rear seat cushion removal
For my 2007 hatchback, the posts here and manual, I believe, said to just pull up on the cushion. I quit that at a worrisome level of force. Went underneath w/ a channel lock or adjustable (set just right) and squeezed the white plastic connector sockets while lifting the cushion. Easy release. Might lube connectors a bit if I ever put the cushion back in.
