Help~Int. Light Upgrade - US ver. 3D/Hatch

This is a 07' 3D/Hatchback for USDM.

Hihi,
I just started to do my first mod which is the OE's Interior Light Upgrade kit.

I am stocked at the page where I need to take out the lower panel of the passenger side so I can mount the light rail. The problem is... there is no lower panel on passenger side. NONE!

I went back to dealer and look at other models and found none of 3-door models has the panel. The service/parts manager told me seems like there is just nothing to cover it, or at least none of their cars come with it. It sounded B/S to me since I can see clips and holes to hold a cover...

Any one get the OE light upgrade kit? Anyone has the lower panel cover on passenger side?

I attached 2 pics here. One from the installation manual, and the other from Toy's Techinfo site.

DIY Manual - item in Fig 8-1

Tech Manual - instrument panel under cover sub-assem RH

Thanks for any feedback,
Joseph

Problem solved, but I don't like it.

It is comfirmed the part does not come with car on USDM-3D/Hatchback version. It "should" be there if you have a RS ver.

I was down at the dealer and went over with their Managers (Service, Master-Tech & Pasts). They have comfirmed the vehicle does not come with it unless on a RS version accroding to the book. When they were reading the note about the RS, they were all with a "huh" on their faces because they don't know what is RS version. Of course they don't know cuz RS it is not available here. Then I show them the techinfo papers which the OE light kit requires the panel, and the panel is listed inside Toyota's manual which it "should" come with the car cuz.. cuz... cuz it is inside 07'-Yaris-3D manual by Toyota.

Bottomline... They said they can order it for me with a discount 20% off the list. I did not get it from them cuz I have my way to get parts.

So, here is the part number in case you need it. I have checked there are only 2 pieces left in states, and I just order mine!

Lower Instrument Panel RH -5560-752020, list @ $44

I don't have it now.
I just ordered it 6hrs ago. I should have it by next Tuesday around noon time.

BUT BUT BUT..... dumb dumb me!
After I skip steps on those pages have to do with that panel, I come to the last 3 pages and it actual give me the option to mount the light kit without that panel.

Looks like the installation without passenger lower panel mounts the light rail around the blower motor. Anyway, I stick with my plan... panel mount... cost few bucks more only and I am able to get my car closer to a RS.

FYI:
The provided installation manual is actully different than the installation manual from Toy's techinfo site. The provided copy does not say anything about the mouting option, and the techinfo copy has more detail in workthrough and has better pictures. Some of the paper templates (for drilling holes) in provided set are off scales also!!
