Just got my 5spd HB and I LOVE it! I just picked it up 2 days ago and I'm itchin' to do mods on it.

I'm looking for some quiet exhaust on my car so it's more cali cop friendly. I was looking into the Tanabe Tuner Medalion. Any recommendations?

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your yaris!

If you can find it, I highly recommend the TRD vitz (Version S) exhaust, NOT the USDM version now found on Sparks or most ebay vendors. It's quite at idle and normal driving, and provides a nice throaty sound when accelerating and is dynod at 2+hp. It also looks stock, (less looks from the popo) and has a nice oval tip. Check out my garage. I can't comment on the other exhausts as I haven't tried them.

welcome! i would go with a custom exhause or a TRD one if you don't want to deal with the cops. if it looks like you "modified" your exhaust, those pigs will be out to get you (which is illegal since an exhaust will only be illegal if it is louder than 95 dB). plus, with the TRD one, you can say it's from Toyota.
