OK, I called and spoke to Todd the owner.
The "kit" you see on the website is the parts shown only, it's not a complete kit. That is because it was never installed in their Yaris. He got to a certain point, then did a 2ZZ celica motor swap instead. (This is the red Yaris shown on the site). So, there are no more pictures, no installed pics, no dynos, etc. Todd was very nice and honest on the phone about all this information. It is also missing intercooler piping. As for injectors, he suggested stock tC or RC 440cc for the Yaris 1.5L, but they don't come with the "kit". As for management, he agreed with the current consensus that you have to "fool" the ECU with any piggyback system (by unplugging O2 sensor, for example), or go standalone (expensive).
