Plasti Dip Hubcaps
Right now the Yaris looks like this...
 What I'm aiming for, which I believe won't be exact will be like this...  If I'm not confused all I have to do is wash the hubcaps, sand them, wash again, wait for them to dry and then plasti-dip them. Thumbs up for yes  .Thumbs down for no  .

make sure you use many coats per cap. Or it will not peel off very easily

You don't need to sand. Wash them well and make sure they are very dry. Plasti Dip HATES water. Do a light first coat, and heavy 2nd, 3rd, 4th coats. 4 cans should be enough.

Yea, the guys that plastidip rims here in my town say 1 can per rim. So I think you will be safe.

Why not just buy different hubcaps? They are cheap
