Installing an aftermarket stereo
I have an 07 Yaris HB and I'm about to put an aftermarket Pioneer stereo in it. I know how to pop off the plastic centre dash parts. My question was about the wiring. I have a harness that came with the deck as well as one that came with the install kit. How do I wire everything together and where to I screw the ground wire coming from the deck?

you would be much better off going to best buy or another car audio place and buying a direct harness for whatever brand radio you have directly to toyota. it's about 8 bux and it's soooo much easier.
wiring will be direct plug n play, no soldering or crimping, and it will plug into radio and then into direct wiring of the car. it's cheap and easy, guaranteed to work, and so much quicker it's ridiculous. |
