Who said Yaris was slow?

Sorry dude, but you won't find much info about the 1.3L engine on this forum. 99% of the guys drive the 1.5L USDM USDM engine.

Um, your TB is a Drive by wire that is servo controlled, meaning that your TPS sensor is under your gas pedal and the ECU is actuating the TB. unless all you are doing is putting a bigger one on from another toyota, you should re-think this...

what u mean? are you talking about the pressure sensor?
I took my yaris to a dealership to have the ECU and engine checked out , all seemed ok , although all they check for is errors, and if none , then to them , everything is ok , the only thing they could do was turn my warning buzzer off for the seatbelt. one thing they showed me is that as a factory default , the throttle or gas pedal , is set to a maximum of 81.1 % , wierd hey?almost detuned. |

interesting....... In this case a larger throttle may be useful... Or an ECU tweak, somehow?
