Please Help! Faded Wind Deflector
Hi,
Apologies, but i'm in a major crisis! I had to remove one of the side wind deflectors on my RS, and the double-sided tape it was stuck with was really hanging on... In my haste to clean the clear visor, i sprayed some cleaning chemicals on it to help remove the residue from the double sided tape, but now the clear plastic is fading where the chemical contacted it! I think there must have been something in the chemical that was starting to eat at the plastic... Is there anything i can do to polish it out? I tried with some Meguires car polish but it ain't helping!! Any suggestions gratefully received!
