well I have a job again :)

the wife and I finally found employment through an old landscaping company we used to work for. pay is good and there are basically as many hours as we want at least for a couple months doing cleanups and stuff.. should be able to start paying the mortgage again :)

darn economy.

yesterday was a great day though

-found jobs
-sold my screen printing press (will have a brand new one coming soon)
-reupholstered my marshall half stack in white.. looks awesome

-it was like 60 out and sunny..
- I am getting tunes back in the yaris.. after two silent weeks :) (sold my HU to pay some bills)

things are looking up :)

hopefully others who are stressed in this bad economy have a break from it soon too!

our mortgage is going up until jan of 2010 so we can repay the three months we couldnt pay.. but cool thing is that we wont be losing our house :)

thanks to anyone who may have given some shout outs to the big guy upstairs for anyone in financial trouble lately :)

figured i'd post some joy up in here :)

Congrats. I myself dont enjoy my job right now but I keep saying to msyelf every day be thankful you have a job even if the pay isnt what i want or the hours. Cause many many people are out looking for a job and probally people more skilled than me that would happily take my job at even a lower pay

we'll be doing mulching and yard clean ups.. possibly this summer if he keeps us on we'll be doing the mowings.

we were his original two employees for this business but decided we would rather work inside at the pet store he also owns..

so now since we really cant so no to any job.. we're back where we started.

we'll have a new screen printing setup soon. which will allow for faster and more accurate printing ..

i'll probably get a biz credit card and get a few other peices i need to really step up the printing .. so i can do gradients and other things..

we're starting to be more well known in the area and i think its time to make some little investments to get things to the next level :)

i was waiting until we had some other employment to make sure we wouldnt have troubles paying back the stuff for the business

i can't wait till things really get rolling and we can work full time for ourselves again and get rid of the credit cards.. i hate debt lol

yeah it is relieving .. the $2400 electronic check i had to "post date" per request of the mortgage company isnt relieving though ..that was the only way to get on a payment schedule to save from forclosure..

seems the obama save your house thing is lame.. they basically told me on the phone that its not a guaranteed thing and your better off going on a payment plan to pay back what you owe.. hopefully that isnt just a way to get me out of applying for it ... idk

has anyone here had any luck with the new obama cheaper house payment thing?

Good shit bro !
Seening everybody gettin' their balls busted from this horrible economy really makes me think about how "good" I got it and I'm still on the low-low middle class side of things.
