DIY A/C low pressure line insulation - Toyota Yaris Forums

Mga kayaris ! just did our A/C low pressure line insulation with "idol" jonimac, meron talaga difference kapag naka insulate, hindi lagi nag cclick ang compressor ng A/C, unlike before na every 10mins ata or 5 mins you can hear a clicking sound because of the compressor, we took our time figuring how to bend the insulator/rubber and cable tie the line, pero sulit.

no problema duke, tutulungan kita dyan, malapit lang ako sa inyo, you just need 3/4 size ( around 1 meter long) insulator and 3/8 sized insulators ( 1 meter ulit)at black cable ties.

we almost forgot this portion pala. what we did here was to cut 2 pieces with same length of the insulator, and wrapped this thing up. a little bit of art to make it look nice, kasi bulky sya.

shukran synatx sa extra cable ties... pandag-dag dun sa mga may siwang. also sa assistance, like you've said mahirap kung isa lang gagawa.

no problem "IDOL" , medyo mahirap nga kung isa lang ang gagawa, dapat talaga tulong tulong tayo sa mga DIY projects na yan.,

on the side note pre, your unusually high idle rpm got me thinkin' paki observe nga kung laging ganun, since nabili mo yan ganun na ba yan? tingnan mo rin ito:

okay ka lang bro? mainit ba dyan? relax lang tol... be

hehehe

need to find those terminals(crimp type), check ako sa electrical supplies. we need some flexible high grade grounding wires, improvise version tayo sa negative terminal block then i-lace natin ng maayos, para naman di maging mukhang pansit yun sa engine bay natin.

@blue gusto mo itry ung insulation, kailangan mo lang ng at least 1 meter na 3/4 insulation tube,black cable ties ang pinakaimportante basahang medyo malaki na basa ( yayakapin mo kasi ang engine block para maicable ties ung nasa gilid) wehehehe
