2008 Toyota Yaris S: no turn signals, no blower motor, airbag light on, defroster lgt

I'm hoping someone can help me before I have to take my car to a junkyard. I have a 2008 Toyota Yaris S and it's exhibiting the symptoms that I put in the subject line of this post.

I have had the battery replaced, the alternator, the variable valve timing solenoid, and it continues to blow fuses leaving the same symptoms in place as marked above. It's been to two separate garages and the last one said take it to the dealership. The dealership charges $190 an hour and for a car that's only worth $4,000 and I've already got $1,000 sunk into it, I'm not sure which way to go. Any help would be appreciated in terms of suggestions on where to look for the issues with this car. Many thanks, Steve.
